GP Services Terms: Cancellation and Rescheduling
To secure appointments with our GP services, we may require pre-payment or a deposit. For new patients, this may amount to 100% of the standard fee, excluding medications or procedures. If you’ve missed an appointment before, full payment must be made in advance. This ensures you are committed to attending and aligns with our payment terms.
The remainder of your consultation fee, plus any additional charges for tests or services, must be paid before the appointment.
Appointments can be rescheduled without penalty if done at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. To reschedule, simply call 020 8358 7100. If you reschedule within 24 hours, any pre-payment or deposit will be forfeited. These terms help manage our busy schedule and offer fairness to all patients.
If you’re unable to attend your appointment, inform us as soon as possible. Cancellations made 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund of any deposit. For bookings cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment, the pre-payment or deposit will be forfeited. This policy ensures the smooth operation of our services.
If you reschedule or cancel an appointment made during a promotional period, and then rebook after the promotion has ended, the promotional rate will no longer apply. All bookings are subject to the prevailing rates at the time of rescheduling or rebooking.
If you’re running late, please notify us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. However, if you’re more than 5 minutes late without prior notice, your appointment may be considered missed, and any pre-payment will not be refunded. This policy ensures fairness and timely service for all patients.
If you miss your appointment or arrive more than 5 minutes late without notifying us, your pre-payment will not be refunded. Additionally, patients who frequently fail to attend may be required to pay in full in advance for future bookings. This is part of our terms to maintain efficiency.
Refunds for eligible pre-payments will be made to the card used for booking. These refunds typically appear within 7 working days. Please note, once medications or treatments have been administered, they are non-refundable.
Non-GP Services Terms: Consultants and Specialists
To book an appointment with a consultant or specialist, a pre-payment or deposit is required. This payment varies depending on the service, but it is capped at 90% of the consultation fee. The remaining amount, plus any additional costs, must be paid before your appointment. If payment isn’t made 48 hours before the appointment, it will be cancelled.
You can reschedule your specialist appointment without any charge if done 24 hours before the scheduled time. Rescheduling within 24 hours will result in forfeiture of any pre-payment. This ensures smooth scheduling for all patients.
If you cancel within 48 hours of the appointment, the pre-payment will not be refunded. For cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance, you are eligible for a full refund. Any scheduling errors on our part will result in a full refund.
Please notify us if you’re running late for a specialist appointment. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late without notice, the appointment will be considered missed, and you won’t receive a refund.
If you fail to attend your specialist appointment or arrive more than 5 minutes late, your pre-payment will not be refunded. Patients who repeatedly miss appointments may be required to pay in advance for future bookings.
Appointments rescheduled or cancelled during a promotional period will no longer qualify for the promotional rate if the promotion has ended by the time of rebooking. All rescheduled appointments will be charged based on the rates at the time of the last booking.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law. You may bring legal proceedings in the English courts or, depending on your location, in Scottish or Northern Irish courts.
